Live: The Blow to play Seattle Public Library(?)

Sep 12, 07

Khaela Maricich aka The Blow will be heading into new territory this week as she sets out to rock the Dewey decimal code labels off of your favorite 14-day rentals.  Yes, that's right, this Friday, September 14, The Blow will perform at the Stranger Genius Awards, which just so happens to be taking place at the Seattle Public Library.

As well as Khaela, other acts set to rock your periodical-loving asses will be Vellela Vellela, Nordic Soul and Broken Disco.  And just to break your heart a little bit, Khaela has reported that The Blow will officially NOT be receiving a Genius Award.  Boo.

The event is free to all, but like any good library, it's 21+(right?).

Godspeed!
