Oh, boy. Hov is back. Sitting down with David Letterman can either be really awkward, really awesome, or really terrible. But Jay-Z doesn't ever seem to be the type of guy who'll be happy with awkward or terrible. And he doesn't disappoint. Talking Nets, "American Gangster" and retirement, Jigga returns from the commercial break to perform "Roc Boys", what he calls the celebratory "on top" piece of the complimentary-to-the-movie (don't say soundtrack) album.
