News: Black Kids record new version of "...Dance..."; do covers for single release

Mar 06, 08

Check the kids' MySpace page now to stream the newly recorded version of "I'm Not Gonna Teach Your Boyfriend How To Dance With You", the first single off their upcoming debut album (not to be confused with the stellar, self-released Wizard of Ahhhs EP).

The single is being released on Almost Gold Recordings in the UK on April 7 and the kit and caboodle includes two covers ("You Turn Me On" by Beat Happening and "Damn I Wish I Was Your Lover" by Sophie B. Hawkins), plus a remix of "Boyfriend" by The Twelves.

The guys start their US tour (co-headlining with Cut Copy) on April 26, the day after appearing at Coachella in the middle of the fucking desert aka Indio, California.
