Kate Nash to drum in new band. Hopefully she sounds much "bettah" than we think she will.

The Made of Bricks lovely girl is taking a step to the side, trading from wildly bitter and snarky vocalist (cf. every song she wrote about an ex-boyfriend or something) to stick slinger for some mystery band she won't tell anyone about.  Says Lady Ms. Nash, "I'm so excited. I really like playing drums because you can get everything out. It's a really great thing to do - just beat it all out. To be able to achieve getting a rhythm is a real challenge."

This isn't to say that the new band (that remains a complete mystery to everyone at this point) would bring about an end to Nash's budding solo career, so don't get your hopes up, naysayers.
