This Is Ivy League, the indie pop duo from these fair parts in Brooklyn just dropped their first LP, a self-titled effort via Twenty Seven Records.
A few things of note are, one, that the two dudes in the band are beautiful. We're straights over here at the culture of me, but we feel completely safe saying something like that about the band. Two, they sound like the Beach Boys always sound in our heads when we say the words "Beach Boys". You know exactly what we're talking about, don't you? Say that name again. We totally know you want to.
Pick up their record here and if you're in the area, go see them at one of these two fine shows next week. You won't regret it.
