Michael Cadiz and Tyrel Stendahl, the boys that make up the Olympia/Brooklyn indie pop group Terrordactyls, will make you instantly tap your feet. And fall in love with them. Lo-fi, quivering vocals and tremendously in sync harmonies continually subdue the listener, arresting whatever urge one would have to press the skip button. No sir, you aren't going to be able to do anything else while listening to this band, who rather easily fit the description of anti-folk incarnate, minus the politics but still heavy on the love. Plus, these dudes don't seem like they'll be breaking up because of someone's acting career anytime soon. Fans of songs written about innocence, wonder, hope and playgrounds, take notice.
