This list, created for this new contest for the "Verge Music Awards" from XM reads like a wonderfully long playlist for the perfect CBC podcast (the competition is only for Canadian musicians, duh). And while seeing Feist in the same running as Crystal Castles, Tokyo Police Club and Alexisonfire is sort of ridiculous, there are so many great acts to choose from (check The Most Serene Republic getting a nod as well), we don't know where to begin.
