News: Mogwai cancel dates

In a just-released bulletin to the band's fans, Mogwai have said, "After playing at ATP last night, Martin Bulloch was rushed to hospital with complications relating to his heart condition. He has since been discharged and has been advised by doctors to return home for further medical treatment. Details regarding ticket refunds will be announced shortly on Mogwai's and Matador's website. The band however are planning to reschedule the shows for early 2009". All of this week's shows (the remainder of the band's US and Canadian tour dates) have since been cancelled. We have a terrible feeling that a whole lot more than those will be slashed.
