mp-FREE: Pallers - "Humdrum"

A recent addition to Swedish indie pop label (and royalty) Labrador Records, the two dudes in Pallers (named after a city in the homeland) create subtly sweet bedroom electronica that's arresting in its simplicity and also in its beauty. "Humdrum", the band's first proper song to see release, is evidence of all of this, bringing to mind the intricacy of laziness and how you only know you're depressed if someone calls you it. There's a haunting pulse of melodrama throughout and we're pretty sure it's going to consume you for the minutes you listen to it. You'll press repeat for sure. The 12" single is out December 3.
