Live: Evil Nine DJing in NYC Friday

Taking their love of all things Thriller to the max, the new record from the UK's electro pop outfit Evil Nine is a return after a long three-year wait since their debut.  They Live!, the new collection of tracks, is so fit for Vincent Price or John Carpenter films, you may find yourself putting your fave slasher flicks on mute with just this record on in the background.  Throbbing beats and pounding, dark bass and synths echo the thematic tones throughout the record, like a slow-moving zombie attack that you can't seem to halt.  The duo are sitting down to do a DJ set this Friday night at the Sullivan Room.
