News: Pete Doherty to lecture at Ireland university

If only this website were The Onion right now would we firmly believe that that headline were actually being utilized for real.  In any case, Dublin's Trinity College (well, The University Philosophical Society) are having Pete Doherty (ex-Libertines, now Babyshambles) as a guest speaker this coming Friday where, no joke, the speaker's discussion will be mainly about "Life, love and much more".  No telling if the singer will also be lecturing about "how to get nicked with drugs over and over, break up with a supermodel, kiss a drug-addled Amy Winehouse and still remain an undeterred icon".  We have to stop right now.
