It's really fun for us to hear a track that's already funked out to death get even more and more crazy on that level when it's remixed. Such is the case for El-P and his amazingly saccharine sweet treatment of outer boroughs (Brooklyn) band Chin Chin and their song "GG And The Boys". Chin Chin are signed to Def Jux, but somehow, their play on OK Computer-meets-Michael McDonald under pressure from too many microchips doesn't feel the least bit out of place, especially when someone like El-P takes them on, releasing this Twitter-only exclusive run-through.
