The kids at GBH are back again with the launch of yet another weekly party, this time at the swanked out Thompson Hotel (the Soho one), flanked with pretty people, special guest DJs and, well, us. We got there early as all get out last night and hung around until the after-work and just-checked-in crowd, er, checked out so that we could see all the downtown kids dance and drink and just plain old have a good time. Alex English was there and he totally forgot his needles so he had to do his set from his plastic baggy of CDs (seriously one of the funniest carry-alls for a DJ to use), which meant only one thing: skiptastic. Come by next week for sure you guys, we could use some "familiars" around these parts.
