Photos: Tribeca Grand Saturdays on May 9

May 12, 09

A set from DJ Lindsay Luv and a live performance from The Hundred In The Hands kicked off this week's Tribeca Grand party last Saturday and both were rad. We didn't know that THITH had more than one song backed with a remix, but they played a really really infectious 35-or-so minute set of material we had never heard and it really got us on the mark. Not to mention that live drumming support was being commanded by former Rainer Maria stickman William Kuehn. We had a really great experience getting more familiar with their new material and the crowd seemed to straight eat it up, so by the time that VHS Or Beta stepped in to DJ, it was already at a heightened state.
