We don't really know how David Maldonado aka Jemex does it, but with each new track, remix and edit, he seems to be consistently exhibiting a wise-beyond-one's-years education of the perfect pop song arrangement. It's sort of uncanny. Every track turns itself inside-out, transforming the best clips of the original and the most thoughtful additions into purely gleeful three or four minute anthems. Today's hotness is the AutoKratz track "Can't Get Enough" (off the boys' new Animal record), which turns robotics all over the place, transplanting a little more of the "bang" in the banger, maintaining all of the crunchiness and swagger that AutoKratz (above) originally wrote in, but it's less industrial and more straightforward in approach.
