When two rising artists/groups that we've featured here with high praises come together, like in this new remix of the Today The Moon, Tomorrow The Sun track "Never Always Good" by ATL/NYC dude Free Magic (who worked with Brooklyn's Sapesifter on the edit), only good good good things can be bred. Right? Indeed. Both acts launch headfirst out of the Atlanta area, and maybe that's why it meshes so well. The track is electro pop gold, with uptempo, clap-happy rhythms that pulse and pop, but never really punch the listener out. It's not overbearing and the production work by Free Magic insists on vibing along with the stems, not outshining them. It's almost--dare we say--Italo disco-bathed sweet.
