Washed out Italo vibes aplenty fill this remix from your favorite dreamwave kids in VEGA of a track called "Running Out" by Mimo, an artist no one seems to know anything about--no MySpace page we can find or anything. Oh well. The remix itself is a slinky march of 80s basslines and emotive synths and the spoken/sung vocals are bananas. The coda within is something that will rock you right down to the bone, sending spine-chills and goosebumps all over. VEGA's Alan Palomo was in the lab this past summer helping finalize the new Miami Horror effort, and this mix definitely sounds spacey enough to fit well alongside both what that will become and Well Known Pleasures alike.
