New York-based newcomers/bi-coastal duo of cousins DKDS aka The Dutchkills Deathsquad (though honestly we think they should just stick with DKDS) have just jumped into the already flooded but not murky yet waters of Halloween 2009 mixtapes with a thirty-minute set they've dubbed "Hurt My Pumpkin". Over the course of a dozen-or-so songs, the boys crash together hurtful bassy cuts and darkly sinister anthems from the likes of Boys Noize, Fever Ray, SMD, Brodinski, Afrojack, Crookers and D.I.M., to name just a handful. It's super fun and foggy, just the way we like our bangers to be.
