News: Athlete announce new EP + next record's lead single

The UK-based, Mercury-nominated arena-soaring indie rock outfit Athlete have just announced an EP titled The Getaway, available digitally on November 3. The EP's featured track, "Superhuman Touch", will also be featured as the lead single for the band's new record--releasing sometime next year--Black Swan, the fourth studio album from the busy four-piece. Also, at a time where album artwork is slowly but surely going the way of the dinosaur, we can't really help but love the look of the EP's cover. The guys recently parted ways with their imprint, Parlophone, in honor of Fiction Records, and Original Signal Recordings is the association that's bringing this disc to the states.
