A birthday celebration complete with the raddest Twitter-themed cake you'll ever see in your life, this past Saturday night's Discovery disco party at Santos Party House paid respects to Famous Friends head Ruthie, Damon Jablons (another in a long lineage of super non-douchey awesome guys) and, er, us here at THE CULTURE OF ME with DJ sets from VDRK, Bradley D (Flashmen), Free Magic, a deep tech hour or so with Denny Le Nimh and Gunnar (DFA). Special thanks to the entire FF family for the party favor--parachute army men, candy, inflatable monkeys, party hats, etc. etc. etc.--and to Dee Random for the best baked goods that you'd imagine ever sinking teeth into.
