Starting things off with an amazingly delicious and super fun big-table dinner at this new tapas spot in Brooklyn called Mercat Negre to celebrate the birthdays of THE CULTURE OF ME, Ruthie from Famous Friends and wild man Damon Jablons, we knew that this past Friday was going to be most excellent. Amazing food turned into a trip to Girls & Boys at Webster Hall for an aurally engaging and engrossing set from Holy Fuck and a follow-up DJ set from Auto Erotique--who use to be VNDLSM--and some hangs with all sorts of our friends at the club. We then ran off with Alex English and our dear friends Melissa and Ricky from Subdrive over to the Tribeca Grand Hotel to catch the DJ set at FIXED by BBC Radio One lovely Annie Mac. The only thing missing from the night was the most important part, though, the forever-hash-tagged on Twitter (since she won't actually join the thing), #thelovelygirlfriend.
